THE GOOD OLD DAYS
Terry comes from greater Manchester, born in the fifties
his long love affair with painting began, and it runs like a
thread throughout his life. Looking back with fondness,
he creates the scenes he remembers, in his inimitable style,
pictures of the era. There is an endless source of information
for his artwork and it is linked by recurring themes, concerns
and subject matter. His use of light in his paintings highlights
the small intimate details that could go unnoticed by the

Collective and he also held a one man show at Duke’s 92 in Salford.

Terry has his dedicated admirers; his work is in a myriad of private collections both at home and abroad. One of his most enthusiasticfollowers has a collection of fifty paintings, depicting places in
Salford, Manchester, and Stockport. The images he uses to create his paintings can transport you back to that time. Terry became and is still intrigued by this process.
